Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Bluenotes gear, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of purchase. All original tags must be attached and accompanied by a valid receipt or packing slip.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
